    "Lovely hotel, perfect location."
This hotel will not disappoint. It is in am excellent location for sightseeing and also only 5-10 minutes walk to the theatres. Hotel is very clean and the staff are most helpful. The reception can get quite busy and the queues fairly slow to move but other than that there are no complaints. The smell that greets you when you walk into the hotel is beautiful, a really lovely welcome. A very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Enjoyed our stay at the George. We had a room that had been done up recently so was very comfortable and a good size on the 1st Floor. Great and friendly front desk Staff and the Concierge chap was very helpful. Handy walking to most things so a nice stay.

    "Excellent as usual"
Staff always very pleasant and very professional. Excellent location and facilities. Food in restaurant was excellent. Room 1011 had a issue with either birds in the roof or something was loose up there as it was noisy. Should have said something but was too late and I was tired. Will be back.

"Excellent experience, I would stay again"
I loved my 5 days at the Fraser Suites. I had room 616, which was down a winding corridor and a small flight of stairs. I had a wonderful view with amazing sunrises and sunsets each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. They really pay attention to every small detail. I had packed my own cereal, which I ate in my room each morning with provided dishes and utensils. The shower was AMAZING! Hot water on demand, without having to wait for it to heat up and the water pressure was fabulous! there was some noise from the alley below, but not enough to keep me awake. The only downside to this stay was my need to do laundry. While it is free, the hotel has only 2 small dryers, which are needed to split your 1 load of wash as your clothes won't all fit in 1 dryer. They are that small. The desk warned me and I was ready to heed their advice. What ruined the experience was the ignorant Americans who didn't follow the rules, overloaded the dryers with massive loads of clothes each and then left for 2 hours. I sat there and waited for them to come back (even restarting and emptying the lint traps on their clothes twice!) When they came back the clothes were still soaking. the woman threw up her hands, after I told them I had restarted their clothes to help them along, and said well this was such a waste of time and walked out... leaving me there, without as much as a thank you, still holding my wet clothes!! I had to hang them in my room to dry overnight.

    "A night of bliss!"
My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for 1 night. We came to Manchester to do the Corrie tour and some shopping and needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night before going back home to the Black Country. The Raddison was a fantastic choice for us. From the minute we checked in we were treated like royalty. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was a deluxe double (albeit with a HUGE king size bed) and it was beautiful. It was impeccably clean and furnished to a very high standard. Another selling point for us was the location. The Raddison was centrally located and after parking in the overnight car park at Manchester Central we were able to reach everywhere we needed to on foot. Not only Granada studios, but also the restaurants, bars and shops. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone... I would say that a fantastic stay here is guaranteed!!

    "Excellent hotel in city centre"
My sister and I stayed for 3 nights on a shopping trip to Manchester. The hotel is central but no noise. Room large, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Staff very attentive, polite and friendly. Cloud 23 definitely worth a visit though we did not realise the kitchen closed at 8.00pm. We would definitely go back if in Manchester again.
