"From the day we arrived to when we left we'd had the most wonderful stay at The Copthorne Tara Hotel, at the guest relations desk a lovely lady called Jamila took care of our check in and questions , i wear a lanyard showing that i have disabilities and Jamila was so kind , helpful and friendly on more than one occasion , she is really a credit to the hotel. The room was very nice comfy and clean. We had breakfast for 3 mornings which was very good and catered for everyone . " ALL " of the hotel staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly and the added bonus was the hotel was only just over a 20 min walk to The Royal Albert Hall. "We had a lovely stay at the Apex Grassmarket Hotel!!! The staff were super helpful and kind. The room and view of the castle were fantastic. It was a great location, walkable to everything we wanted to see. A+ experience!"
