Mexico Scuba Diving Holidays

One of the rooms I had was leaking from the ceiling. There was also construction that occurred in the early morning and last all day. Don't book the restaurants the food is subpar. I purchased two rooms for this resort but don't think I would come back here.

Got to the hotel and were advised that we had to pay $100US per day for the kids to use the waterpark (huge disappointment) pool was really dirty and not cleaned often enough. Garbage was still around the pool the next morning from the day before. My husband has a disability and the carts were very hard to find and people would run to them and fill them up so we were often left behind because he can't run. Restaurants were good. Enjoyed the drinks. Staff was friendly. Resort credits are useless!!

We loved Fiesta Americana resort. Traveled with children. We had an issue with our too the first night and as soon as it was brought up to their attention, the resort wasted no time moving myself and our other family members to a different room with an ocean view which was really nice. No complaints about the food. There were plenty of options. The poolside service was phenomenal. The kids really enjoyed the kids pools but were also able to enjoy the other pools. Would definitely recommend this resort to families with or without children.

From the time arrived the staff made it clear they were they to help and be of service. The rooms were well maintained and they ensured you had everything you needed daily. The amenities were well kept and I seen someone cleaning the pool daily. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Everyday you would go down and they had a selection of food. Food and coffee or juice were included with the buffet The gym was equipped with everything you would need for any workout you were doing and it was never full. Each time I went there was only 1-3 other ppl. The beach was right on the property and you could set yourself up anywhere on the beach or pool. They would come and serve you if you wanted a snack or drink. They also had a snorkel and scuba shop on site that helped to set you up. They had day rentals as well if you wanted to do it on your own. This was the perfect place for a vacation!

Great variety in food and excellent
