Please read: I visited this property from Sept 2nd, 2026 to Sept. 9th, 2026. From the beginning, literally at the lobby, a very difficult staff to work with - not willing to help in any way. Then we were faced with very poor maintained installations. The room was awful; almost everything is broken or corroded inside it. Extremely outdated bathroom, wholes in the roof (not good when raining every afternoon). You can see very little maintenance is done in the property. Anything you see on the Expedia photos is a lie; shame on Expedia for not evaluating this resort prior to doing business with them. I took pictures of the low quality this resort is. The ONLY restaurant opened of the 3 offered provided the SAME lunch menu the whole 8 days we were in. The pool by the little bar is falling apart. Had to make 3 phone calls to the lobby in a 40min period in order to get towels to my room. No towels by the pools at 10am in the morning when guess are starting their day outdoors. The negative for this resort/property are numerous and I will NOT recommend at all. If you need pictures of this disgusting property, just let me know. I will send you the proof, the whole place is falling apart.

The royal club was great.

Quiet small feel boutique resort. Perfect for adults and couples. Pool area is relaxing small and shaded.

Property crumbling, no preventative maintenance. Staff mixture: one half friendly and helpful, one half rude and resentful of non latino, non spanish speaking guests. Room unsecure, door lock-jam crumbling from many repairs. Amenities minimal and spa overpriced by 4 times standard resort spa markup. Food OK, restaurant choices on property good. Beautiful views and waterfront.
