8.4/10 Very good! (3,506 reviews)
We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Cancun in October and really enjoyed our stay! The resort was clean and well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The food was okay overall, but Pina and Vista were both really good and definitely stood out.
The service throughout the resort was excellent. A special shout-out to Jorge at the Paloma Buffet during the evening service. He was absolutely amazing! So welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm-hearted toward our family. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his kindness really made our experience that much more special.
Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to return!

I originally booked Ocean coral, but due to renovations they offered me their sister's hotel-ocean riviera paradise. It was beautiful. Very kids friendly. Total 9 people traveling and 1 child and we had 3 rooms. Food was delicious I didn't have an issues.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
My wife and I spent a week at GR Solaris Cancun and overall had a good vacation, but that was more because of the time we spent together than because of the resort itself.
The highlight of our stay was our oceanfront room with a private plunge pool. We spent most of the week sitting by the pool, enjoying the ocean view, watching beautiful sunsets, relaxing, and catching up on much-needed rest. For someone who normally gets up around 3:00 a.m. for work, this trip gave me the chance to slow down, take naps, and recharge.
We also enjoyed exploring the area. Our excursions to Tulum, an ATV adventure, and swimming in a cenote were some of the best parts of the trip. We paid for a deep-tissue massage that was excellent and worth every dollar.
As for the resort itself, our experience was mixed. We felt there was a noticeable difference in how members and non-members were treated. Several restaurants, bars, and amenities were either closed or had limited availability during our stay. We understand it was a slower time of year, but it often felt like many of the advertised options weren't fully available.
We were invited multiple times to attend a membership presentation. After considering it, we declined. The perks being offered simply weren't enough to justify the commitment for us. We enjoy traveling to different destinations and don't see ourselves returning to the same resort often enough for a membership to make sense.
Would we return? Probably not.

Our trip to Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere, everything made for a wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting.
What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful, and the amenities provided the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Cancun experience.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations and gave us some wonderful memories. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, quality time with family, or a tropical getaway, this is a fantastic destination. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We can’t wait to return to Cancun for another unforgettable vacation!

7/10 Good! (1,184 reviews)
We weren't told about the construction, the elevator to our room wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor. The phone didn't work, the oom that we reserved had leaking a roof in the bathroom, we were locked inside the lobby elevator due to electricity issues. After waiting in the lobby for 4hrs and finally getting into our room, there was no running water. The food was not good and was served cold. We paid $100 for snorkeling photos and have not received them as of yet. This is our 3rd trip to Secrets and we were very disappointed. I feel that I deserve a credit at this point and will not be going again.
Have a great day.

The food had limited variety. Who week basically the same menu. The drinks were most likely the cheapest. our room had 4 shot dispensers but 0 bottles. The mini fridge was stacked with only 2 tiny beers and 3-4 pops.
Its was ok, but have we known this ahead of time might have chosen a different hotel with a little more variety.
