"It was a very cool pet friendly place. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, they even left dog treats for my pups. Which they enjoyed! The place had an overall very cool vibe. My kids enjoyed the different decorations that were all over. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town."

"The location is great, but the cleaning staff could put more focus on the rooms. I had to move rooms because the first one was unfinished (toilet seat up, not wiped, hairs, pee ring around base of toilet) and the room they moved me to had more hair and scum in the toilet seat. I just went down and got Clorox wipes from the front desk. There were some ants on the desk but that was it. "

"Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant colliding (Elephant and Castle). The West Adam’s Club Quarters is an old and outdated property but room was ok, cleaned daily and the staff super friendly. Location was unique, it is near a lot of opportunities to see points of interest in this beautiful city. Near train stations and places to have lunch/diner "

"Really good location "

"Overall, my stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. However, I did need to request a room change, as my initial room had a very strong cleaning solution odor (similar to bleach) that was difficult to tolerate. After the first night, I shared my concerns and the staff promptly accommodated my request by moving me to a different room, which I appreciated. In speaking with other guests attending the same conference, one mentioned experiencing a similar issue with odors in their room, which suggests this may be something the hotel should look into more closely. Additionally, my colleague and I noticed some unusual activity outside the hotel, including cars idling for extended periods and individuals lingering near the entrance in a way that didn’t seem typical of guests or rideshare pickups. This created a sense of unease. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I did question how secure the property is, particularly when there appeared to be individuals in the lobby and entry areas who did not seem to be hotel guests."

"Very good stay"

"Hotel has the markings of being grand, but needs a renovation in a lot of areas. The biggest issue we had is that the a/c is not adjustable in each room and the building was very warm on the 75 degree day in April. We called the front desk and they did bring us a fan that helped some and we realized we could crack the windows (but didn’t want to do that overnight with the noise of the city). Other than than, it was a standard stay and a convenient location for our plans in the city. "
