Highlight of the stay was the breakfast. We wanted to get to the pool, but it got shut down early Friday night due to an accident. Hotel is in a great spot for walking around and accessing the majority of downtown Chicago. Check in and check out was easy, room was very spacious for a family of 4 and we had a great time. Embassy suites will be our first choice when planning our next stay in Chicago. Few things to point out that were little hiccups in our stay, the phone in our room had a connection issue to the front desk, no biggie as we spent most of our time out in the city.
