The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. "The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided a warm service to us during our entire stay. The mattress was really comfortable that if you get out of the bed you won't disturb your partner at all. We loved it! Location is also good that it's within a short taxi ride to major train stations and famous places or interest. Breakfast selection is overwhelmingly huge - we felt that we were spoilt with the choices. We will definitely return next time we are in Hangzhou. "

"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. After we settled in our room, they called in and told us that they copied the wrong page in the passport. We need to goto the front desk and Hand them the passport again so they can verify info. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."
