The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). There are not so many restaurants nearby. The room need remodeled as a five star hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets are just so-so. But if you want to enjoy a quiet and joyful time nearby the west lake and you don't like the crowd, it is the best place. It is very private. The garden and lake views are very beautiful and impressive. The service is good. They brought us the ginger tea because they heard my husband coughed inside the room.
