The location is perfect with a 10 minute walk to the lake. There are many cute coffee shops or tea houses in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable. When we arrived, they welcomed us with a hot tea. It felt like we were not in a hotel. Everything was clean and the interior of the hotel was charming on its own. Without any doubts we can admit it was our best stay in China. But you need to know this isn’t a big hotel. It’s like a house been broken up into little rooms with ensuites. Room are small but did the trick. Breakfast is made for you once you come down. So it’s nice and fresh. Only down size is the rooms have thin walls. So once breakfast starts 7.30am we will be woken up. Which wasn’t a problem but just letting people know. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. I would stay again, however, the staff didn't speak English and they would not accept VISA for payment. That was a big surprise and caused a major hassle with payment.
