The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path under the trees. Amazing hotel! The hotel had a tea farm right outside where it harvests its own tea that can be found in your hotel room. The minibar was all free. Staff was friendly in general. The restaurant was superb! We had a wonderful breakfast, lunch and then an afternoon tea there. The only negative part is the location. It's awfully difficult to get a cab and it's not that easy to find. Also wifi in the room is a bit unthoughtful as it requires the guest to have a CHINESE phone number in order to access the wifi. I understand a lot of the guests are local this is probably why, but I would recommend removing this feature.
