Friendly and helpful My wife and I stayed there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Staffs there is very friendly and helpful. They offer many different services and recommendations before I ask. Very nice experience to stay in Hangzhou Banyeen Tree. The environment around the hotel is very relaxing and quite. The only thing that I don't like is there is only one restaurant inside the hotel; however, there are few just 10 mins away from the hotel and many different around within 1 to 2 kilometres. From the hotel to West Lake is only 20 kilometers by taxi which only cost ¥40\. The dining staff went out of their way to accommodate my husband's birthday. The meals were only fair, however, and they were out of some basic items. The room was overall comfortable and beautiful, but we needed to contact the staff several times to fix the air conditioning and the room safe didn't work.
