She literally bang the door of each candle holder and made so much noise to a point I need to leave the pool. I think that's what she wanted to do. To get rid of all the guests at pool. We can achieve rapid check-in without actual passports, with Only certification document issued by Chinese goverment. In the other hotels, long took time taken (over a half hour), more subsequence documents needed, in worst case, refused to stay. Very clever, sharp, and kind staffs at front office. Very noble, refined sensed furnitures, room accessories, facilities we can see not only in each room but also public spaces. Great, beautiful pool which can see supream city biew, amazing breakfast we can have not only delicious many foods but also active performance by many chef's. Front staffs （Mr. Mark and a gentleman) are so kind that we can have valuable information for travel. Suitable or reasonable for price. The team at the driveway are so helpful. And the design of the arrival experience to the lobby is a hit on our senses, sets the tone on what to expect of our next few nights here. Check-in was smooth and the room is simply fabulous. Very spacious, very comfortable. Love the room design. Thomas at the concierge is definitely to be commended. He gives us various options of things to do for the next few days, answers our questions patiently and gives us his full attention while attending to us. He even remembers our pickup times without needing to check when we are unsure the next day!
