It is rather worn out and tired with a drinks lounge that offered little entertainment value and only a few armchairs in the lobby. The marble flooring is old and worn and the bath room fittings the same. The plus points are that it's well located, near the West lake and the room is very spacious. Breakfast is also quite adequate. It looks like the hotel shares with other organizations in the same buildings, and it caused the confusion when I arrived. The second room was unbearably warm at 26 degrees Celsiu and no air conditioning. The thick winter bedding made the room temperature felt unbearable which prevented me from falling asleep. It faced a night market, making it too noisy to open the balcony door to have fresh and cool air. The third room was quieter than the first two but still lacked air conditioning, with the temperature reaching 29 degrees.
