"We stayed in room5 top floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed for 1. Bedding and towels were new and fresh. Bathrooms were spotless. Small fridge, kettle , toaster and microwave all look new . "Budget level hotel. Bit disappointed that Google rate at 3*, but would be surprised with 2 stars. Friendly staff and it's clean but all looks tired and worn & in desperate need of major make over. Painted over damp around window, bottom of bathroom door frame rotting, rust on shower pipe work. Also our room was right alongside main road so quite a bit of noise."
