"Lots of food and drink options in the hotel. Room was comfortable albeit cramped for a king bed room. Was meant to get an upgrade but the message wasn’t passed on to check in staff which is quite disappointing - good area and bed was comfortable "

"Amazing stay at The Tower Bridge hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean room with a gteat view. Fan provided.
Didnt eat at the hotel but visited Vicinity and Vu bars where staff provided excellent service. Would like to have sat at The Lawn but there were no tables available."
"It’s 163 old and so elegant and beautiful! The architecture on both inside and out is amazing and to read about the history was mind blowing! The breakfast is buffet style and delicious. They have afternoon tea and offer drinks and small plates for late night in their beautiful bar lounge calls. The Soak"
"This is a lovely hotel steps away from everything! We were able to easily walk to all the sights and there were tons of amazing pubs and restaurants all around. The room was lovely and well appointed and staff were friendly. My one piece of info for fellow travellers is that while they have added a lift at the front for wheelchair and walker access, it is quite difficult to navigate getting luggage up and into the hotel for people not needing that service. I saw quite a few people really struggle with large suitcases trying to get them up the few stairs at the front. Not sure if there is a staff member who can monitor this. "
