"Only comments are how hot our room was and breakfast waiting staff appear to have little serving training. There was a small fan in the room but could do with something more cooling or larger fan. Great facilities and although we didn't eat lunch/dinner, the food looked amazing. Waiting staff lent over us eating to clear plates of our party on a couple, of occasions, also took the fruit as I was picking & barged past us at the servery a few times. However, this experience wont put us off going there again and we will definitely stay there again"

"This hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the Theatres in Stratford...only a short walk to the riverside. It is central for shopping & sight seeing. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the staff warm & friendly. We had a lovely time."

"Naz at reception was very accommodating and caring, she really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Mackenzie and Euan also helped me greatly at reception and the night receptionist who's from Liverpool was also super friendly. It is a very homely relaxed hotel that serves a generous breakfast."
