Room we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade. Uneven mattress, carpet needs changing and furniture is very stained and old. Bar area, golf course and the swimming pool was great. Staff service was questionable at times - spa didn’t have towels or padlocks for the lockers, you’d expect that sort of stuff to be provided or made very clear on there website or when booking. To buy a padlock it would be a 10 minute drive away! Won’t be staying here again.

Excellent stay from start to finish. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Price for meals a little on the high side but were well prepared and presented. Included breakfast with our package and was not dissapointed as plenty of choice. Rooms a little dated but who stays in their room all day. Very good leisure facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and relatives.

Wont be returning!

Arrived to find no shower curtain, not properly equipped and not very clean. Spoke to reception, who were very helpful and they kindly gave us another room. Sadly, that had no working TV, the plug in sink didn't work, so overflowed and the hairdryer broken. Staff were lovely and the bed was comfy. Used the spa facilities - yuk. Wont be going back. Breakfast was average. Such a shame as this could be a lovely place to stay with wonderful views over the golf course and lake. Just needs updating and a good refurbishment.
