Sweet room was perfect. Check in quick and informative. Staff generally helpful. Would definitely stay again for an early flight. I didn’t like the sill on the bathroom door, especially when the room was dark and I was sleepy!

Site restaurant was handy with a great cheeseburger. Bed was great with 4 pillows for each of us. It’s several miles from the airport, so be sure to plan for the shuttle/taxi ride.

Given an upgrade to sister hotel Novotel. Professionally handled by staff at Ibis and Novotel. Clean spacious room. Staff in bar and restaurant very helpful ,and on top of their jobs. Good TVs to watch World Cup coverage. Excellent breakfast, drinks and dinner.

As Ibis restaurant was extremely busy, used sister hotel Novotel for dinner and breakfast. Both hotel staffs were professional, and on top of jobs. Ibis supplied request for soft pillows gave lovely sleep. Clean room. Excellent meals at affordable prices.

Stayed here before an early flight home to Belfast. Really impressed. Really good value for money, excellent breakfast, and the guy who checked me in was brilliant. The room was ideal for my needs too. The hotel is also just a couple of minutes walk from the terminal. Will definitely stay here again if I have an early flight from BHX.
