Smart hotel located in a quieter pat of the town centre, but still very close to all of the main attractions. Our room was modern and beautifully decorated, as well as being spotlessly clean. Check in was simple, although reception tried to charge us again for the room despite having pre-paid through Expedia. This happened again when checking out ,which was particularly annoying having already had the conversation the day before. Breakfast was a mixed bag; quality of the food was good, but serving staff insisted on bringing our full English (and standing over us) whilst we were clearly still enjoying our cereals. On the whole we would return and will also look for this brand for other city breaks.
