Had university reunion of 10 friends at the hotel and we all ate dinner in the restaurant. Restaurant service and food was excellent for the dinner. Less impressed with faulty key card system that prevented access to the first two rooms allocated to my wife and me at check-in. Overall, we'd be happy to go back.

Great location and close to Stratford. The kids enjoyed the pool & the breakfast set us up for the day. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

The hotel is situated about a five minuet drive from the town, which makes it much quieter than staying in the town center. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking and EV charging facilities. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfasts were substantial and excellent quality. The room we stayed in was a good size, clean and well appointed. We didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very inviting. We enjoyed out stay and would love to come back some time.

One of the bedside light wasn't working. The shower was almost impossible to figure out (and I use multiple hotels a year) and clearly wasn't working properly. Staff were GREAT and very good breakfast.

The hotel was ideally placed for us to meet our friends. Parking was good, staff friendly. There were 2 Christmas Parties going on during our stay which worried us but they assured us it wouldn't affect our stay and it didn't.

We had an interconnecting room - double on one side and twin on the other. Each room also had a put up bed in for larger families. We loved the warm pool, games room and outdoor activity such as the chess board. The reception desk was very friendly. A short drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Thanks for a lovely stay.
