Malmaison Birmingham
Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being ...

The staff were very welcoming. No issues whatsoever with cleanness or internet access. It was good that I could have access to extra tea/coffee etc.
