Really good standard of cleanliness, cosy and very quiet room but the outstanding feature was how lovely,helpful and friendly the staff were. Close to New street railway station and Bullring for shopping. I would certainly recommend it

The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. ...
