Enjoyed our stay. 3 adults in a 2 double bed room . Not enough towels but staff sorted it out immediately.Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room to store our water .Good hotel.
Reception staff were pleasant and helpful on arrival the room was large and clean amd comfortable. The hotel location is central and was ideal for my purpose. Breakfast was very goid and again staff very pleasant.
perfect for the symphony hall and a lot closer to the city centre than I expected , next time I will stay longer to make use of the on site facilities
Excellent staff. Excellent position. Hotel is extremely clean but bedrooms and bathrooms would now benefit from some updating.
Lovely clean hotel very friendly staff and in a lovely area will definitely visit this hotel again.
Mostly extremely clean although there was a Malteser on the living room floor and the towels and bedding had a mild hint of a food smell about them. Check in and out was easy. Very spacious. Quite noisy on and off outside the property until around 1.45am.
Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Staff excellent. Room decor needs freshening mainly in the bathroom as some tiles are broken
We stayed here because we were going to concert at the arena it is very central for shopping and the arena, less than 10 minute to either and very quiet
Amazing space and service easy check in and lovely location
