Lovely check in but restaraunt was slow and forgot my order
Loved it xx so clean and nice atmosphere xx will stay again xx
We stayed here because we were going to concert at the arena it is very central for shopping and the arena, less than 10 minute to either and very quiet
All good - apart from an overly loud group in the bar that ruined the atmosphere for everyone else - staff did not ask them to lower their voices or choice of language.
Opened in 1975, the Birmingham Central Mosque is one of the biggest in Europe, welcoming visitors from all over the world and from all walks of life. It is Britain's second oldest purpose-built mosque, and is attended by around 15,000 to 20,000 worshippers each day. It's only a short distance from the historic Warwickshire County Cricket Club, and within easy reach of Birmingham's main railway stations and hotels.
Near to the Birmingham Central Mosque is the Chinese Quarter, where you can find many fantastic Asian-themed restaurants serving vibrant noodle dishes, stews and other delicious recipes. Also close by is the Bullring, one of Britain's leading shopping venues, which is famous for its large Selfridges department store. Whether you're looking for affordable contemporary hotels, or historic four star venues like the immaculately presented Macdonald Burlington Hotel, Birmingham has a wide selection of accommodation to suit different tastes.
Learn about the history of the Cadbury family and the world-famous chocolate brand at this fun family-friendly attraction in the model village of Bournville. Embark on a fascinating self-guided tour, discover how the chocolate is still produced to this day, and visit the venue's 3D Cinema and 4D Chocolate Adventure.
One of Birmingham's most visited green spaces, Cannon Hill Park is the home of the Birmingham Nature Centre, which features a small zoo with various mammal species. It's also next to the famous Edgbaston Cricket Ground, which is one of the venues for the prestigious Test matches and other major cricketing events, and was founded in the late 19th Century. This is still Britain's biggest cricket venue outside London, and has hosted as many as 32,000 spectators during its matches.
Most hotels in Birmingham now provide WiFi so you can stay constantly connected to the outside world and keep regularly up-to-date with your emails and social media. Many rooms also feature tea and coffee-making facilities, free parking, and fully equipped business centres with conference facilities for corporate guests. In addition, most rooms also feature TVs with satellite channels so you can check all the latest international news and sports.
