The staff were really helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the main shopping centre which was the reason for our visit. My daughter slept on the pull out bed but she said it was the most uncomfortable bed.
Great hotel with an amazing breakfast. Not expecting it but had a gluten free breakfast for myself with separate toaster so these people know their stuff! Spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee & plenty of toiletries in room. Cannot fault this hotel & would definitely stay again. Good spot for walking to city ...
Excellent stay, great staff, quiet rooms. Lovely place to stay in city centre.
Such a comfortable gorgeous place. Felt like i had my own little flat. I loved it
The location is great for symphony and restaurants etc. The swimming pool is excellent if you are confident and taller than me. (5 ft 2.and a wuss out of my depth). Room a good size but could have benefitted from bathroom upgrade and hotter water.
Very good considering there is a great deal of new building going on in hat part of Birmingham at the moment.
Centrally located but quite hotel, very curtious staff, very good breakfast. Nice stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and very happy with the cost of our room which was lovely and clean and comfortable. We will be very happy to book in again when next we visit Birmingham. Thank you for making our weekend break so pleasant. Have a good day.
Nice modern decor, super clean and new feeling. Great location as well
