Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre.

Apartment is tired and basic. It is well positioned for amenities around but very functional. On waking up we find the shower (it looked newly fitted) was not working so that was not great. Phoned duty manager (for the whole country it seems) says she will pass on details so expect a call. No call so far. Think these apartments would be ideal for 'party people' who just want to sleep. Would not want to spend much time there. Would not use again.

The entire time at The Spires was fantastic from check-in to check-out. The fine Spires folks were easily accessible and accommodating for every need and request that came up.A fabulous location too.

We had a great time at the Spires. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation near to restaurants, shopping, etc. Great for families if you need separate rooms.

Okay at best

This service department was located conveniently about 15 minute walk from the city centre. It is also very close to the mailbox which has many restaurants and activities. The property itself was very dated however it was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and the beds were fine. The TV was pathetic. However we did not intend to use it that much so it is fine if you are looking to stay there and watch something this will not work. The parking is poor but luckily there is a q-park very close by which is affordable. Overall this is a okay property for a one night or two nights stay however I would not recommend for anyone looking to stay any longer.

Simply excellent.

Spotlessly clean, excellent location for Symphony Hall, well appointed apartment. Great communication througjout, I will definately use again. Proximity to the Mailbox/Gas Street bars , restaurants, shops and Tesco a bonus yet appartment itself was very quiet.

The apartment was close to the Mailbox, that was a plus. Location was great and very clean. Climbing the steep stairs with suitcases was a challenge but I would definitely stay there again.

Easy check-in. Great location to access all the main parts of Birmingham but on a quiet street. Some small snags with doors not closing properly and slight mould in places on the sealant in the bathroom but otherwise clean property and would book again.
