Proximity to the terminal, and reasonable charges for bed and breakfast. I was mildly miffed that I couldn't get a cooked breakfast before 6.30 in the morning, but that is all.
Very impressed with the service received. I had booked two rooms as a surprise for my partner and his mother. His mother suffers from claustrophobia and the hotel went above and beyond in ensuring she had a room that meant she could have an enjoyable stay. Very grateful!
Punches well above it’s weight Given this is a city centre hotel and from the outside looks dated I was delighted with my stay Beautiful room, spotless and great size. It had a luxury feel Fab staff. Loved the pizzeria restaurant that was well priced
Location great for Luton airport.price excellent.clean
The hotel was what we expected for the price and staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side was finding the hotel,we were using our car Sat nav, apple and goggle maps and we still could not find it. We were sent down endless dead end roads and ended up phoning the hotel so they could direct ...
Toilets are like portaloos, no proper dividing wall so can hear everything in the room
Very clean, had a good sleep . Not the closest to the airport.
We didn't stay long just needed to sleep but overall was a good room very clean and right in the town.
