"Excellent option for early AM flight. Room was cramped for 3 but everything else exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptionally helpful, even the pub food was surprisingly good. Another reason Luton beats Stantead for trips to Seville!"

"I checked in really late, around midnight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not least as check out is 11h00 but they agreed to let me check out at 13h00 for no extra cost. Gym is fine, breakfast was great. Can’t really fault it. A broader point - I came out the wrong exit from Luton Parkway Station and was immediately very lost and horribly confused (it doesn’t take much though to be honest). So, top tip: ask a grown up in the station which exit to go out of for the hotel - when you use the right exit, it’s literally a few steps to the hotel !!"

"3 of us booked single rooms for a stay while seeing Iron Maiden at Knebworth. Didn't want to drive from Sheffield and back the same day as the show. We had left it late to book rooms and this was the lowest priced place anywhere within an hour's drive of the gig. Evening meal was excellent, with lots of choices and drinks well priced (actually lower priced than our local pub). Breakfast also good quality and well priced. Staff very helpful. Not much extra room past the comfy bed with double sized mattress and desk and table but didn't feel cramped. When push comes to shove, we only needed the rooms for showering and sleeping anyway. Only minor issue we could think of was shower cubicle floor is very smooth, so easy to slip on if unfirm, but as there are signs to say so, it didn't catch any of us out."

"Everything was great however there was no Disabled parking bays as they were coned off due to a coach arriving the next day, My Dad who was in a wheelchair had to struggle getting out the car due to this. The staff were very apologetic though, doesn't change the fact they could of coned of normal spaces for a coach instead of all the disabled bays."

"This hotel ticked all the boxes. It was a really good price in the location we were looking for. Hotel / Bar staff were amazing. The food smelt amazing although did not spend enough time at the hotel to try this. Rooms were tired and maintenance was questionable but for us, we were happy that really we had got what we paid for. Would definitely stay again if need a hotel in the area. Room had everything you needed including iron and ironing board"
