"The stay was decent in terms of beds and bathrooms etc, however one of our rooms was on teh top floor and the heating either wasn't working in the room or there was none. We were provided with an industrial fan heater, however couldn't leave this on when we were asleep/not in the room for safety reason so the room was absolutely freezing during the night.
