Malmaison Birmingham
Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. The Cube Hotel Birmingham
Car park did not work. This lead to us having to park outside while we run into reception to ask how this worked. You are not allowed to park right outside the hotel which is not sign posted which results in us having to run from reception as we received a parking ticket. Had to park in a different ...
