"Perfect for concerts walkable tovthe arena. Staff very helpful and friendly. Decor is a bit tired in places, but the room was clean and had all the basics in place. Would definitely stay if attenanother event."

"Great staff and site, but disappointed that we had to walk to reception to get a card authorised to purchase drinks at the bar in the evening...unnecessarily made things a bit of a faff. Staff were pleasant and welcoming though. Also please note that the parking charges have increased to £15 per night, not the £12.50 advertised. Staff did go out of their way to assist with our birthday celebrations, which were very welcome. Thank you."
