Liked position, decor Disliked finer attention to detail ie 3 guests but 1 small bottle shampoo and only 2 bathrobes and milk gone off

Great staff, all helpful and very friendly, the location is superb, walk to everything 1 minute and you are in the centre! The breakfast was exceptional and the staff at breakfast were brilliant, great big room and excellent sleep. Thanks we will be back!

This guest house is beautiful, bedroom/bathroom was very spacious, lovely and clean had everything you would need. Breakfast was lovely and had lots of choice. Very near to the centre would definitely stay again.

Our stay was enjoyable but for the length of time we were in Stratford upon Avon, a hotel with other facilities might have been a better choice. The location was really convenient to the centre - approx 15min walk to the centre, but this place is situated on the corner of a road and ground floor ...

We had a very brief stay. Check in was great with knowledge of the area given to us. Room was very clean. Well situated and within walking distance to the village and river. We had to leave very early and Iain happily supplied us with food for our journey.

Ample parking space. There is a gate and one needs to get the code to exit. There are some complicated corridors and steps to manover. Nice size room.

A really warm welcome and astonishingly good breakfast

Very friendly and welcoming, informal and comfortable. Easy to get to on our bikes from the cycle path along the old railway line. Breakfast was lovely.
