Stratford Manor Hotel

Stratford Manor Hotel

8/10 Good
"Lovely stay. Indoor and outdoor games were great fun. The only small details were that the quilt cover was inside out, The cards only worked for one day, they expired due to human error, the card wallet was handwritten with the correct departure date, but the cards themselves stopped working as we'd been entered as one night, not two. All of the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming except for one lady on Reception who was actually quite rude when asked about the swimming pool."

Ettington Park Hotel

Ettington Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was super clean and we stayed in a family room where we had two separate floors so our son slept downstairs on the sofa bed and we had a bedroom upstairs where the bathroom was as well. The main room that our son was in was very spacious although the view wasn’t brilliant as we were looking out onto the car park but that’s full of trees so that didn’t really matter. The great thing was that our room was just above where the spa and pool was so it was really easy to get there, which was fantastic. The bedroom itself was quite small, but that didn’t really matter and it was right opposite the bathroom which was very useful. I would say that for the money the room could’ve been kept a little bit better. For example, one of the blinds had a bit missing so it let the lighting. Also there were two TVs one in the main room and one in the bedroom which was fantastic, but it would’ve been good if they were smart TVs. Some of the furniture was a little bit scratched as well so I wouldn’t say that the state of the room was excellent but the cleanliness was. The staff were absolutely amazing and really we couldn’t have asked for them to be any more friendly than they were. The spa was lovely not massive but good enough for us. The pool was a nice size. I wouldn’t say very big. There was a steam room and a sauna room which were very good. The hot tub was probably the best thing as I’ve never been in one that is quite as powerful! All in all we really enjoyed our stay!"
