"We loved this place, lovely staff, clean, nothing was a problem, pub had a good vibe and good food, Definaltly a good find, will be back"

"Very helpful staff, easy parking, quiet. Good atmosphere in bar, great food for evening meals, breakfast average. Strange musty , stale smell in hotel , smallest bed I’ve ever encountered in hotel room! Nearly fell out a couple of times in the mighty😆"

"Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect."

"Very comfortable stay, lovely room and really friendly staff."

"2nd time I've stayed here , staff friendly and helpful , food very good , excellent location , will be staying again"

"Parking was great, staff were very friendly and helpful"

"Great accommodation for work related stay."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel area was dated and rough round the edges but clean. My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl. Over all, for the location it was good value for money."

"A lovely old building with lots of character on the edge of the river. Lovely location."

"Everything was very good.....some of the evening meals were a bit disappointing"
