"My only negative was the bath tub / shower area in room 344. Room was a great size Bed comfy, table and chairs work desk great, but facility for showering or taking a bath very poor. Staff in the bar two young ladies excellent service with lady also on reception very helpful and efficient."

"The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo."
