Good points: Staff were friendly, accommodation was clean and tidy and food provision and bar was satisfactory. Poor points: The room was pretty sparse and lacking any warmth or character as were the rest of the facilities. We didn’t try the Spa or Golf, so can’t comment on this. gym, sauna, hot tub type facilities (which I would be happy to pay for) are pretty standard in most ‘Spa’ hotels so I felt a bit cheated. Maybe should have looked deeper into the hotel facilities before reservation, but this was a quick decision. Anyway, overall rating is ok.

Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast.
