Check-in staff very friendly & efficient. Bedrooms are spacious & unique. Being central London, amenities are quite basic though, e.g. no outdoor space/terrace apart from hotel frontage, bar area is quite compact.
Bed is hard and lumpy, pillows are squishy. Otherwise everything is great.
