The hotel was extremely clean — one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to in London. The staff were kind, helpful, and truly fantastic throughout our stay. The area around the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for us as a family. It’s also close to both bus stops and the underground, making it easy to get around the city. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we felt very welcome traveling with a baby.
