Generally a very pleasant stay. The room is clean and quiet. The bed is also comfortable. Great shower with excellent water pressure. The gym is pretty decent for a hotel. The pool is not big but good enough for a relaxed swim. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel where you can find restaurants and a convenience store.

i thought it was not too far from the Airport to the Hotel . The hotel kept in contact with me . as i required shuttle service to get to the Hotel. Breakfast was great , staff where great.

From the moment we arrived it was like stepping into an oasis of calm. Lenny was amazing, always ready to help and happy to please. Loved the whole ambiance, the place is a gorgeous simple hideaway in the woods x We had a great massage and explored the cenotes and the beach, definitely returning with friends ASAP x

Perfect for a short stay close to the airport. Convenient shuttle transfers worked perfectly with minimal wait time on arrival. Confusing instructions provided through hotels.com but clear on their website. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included which was lovely and well serviced with takeaway coffee. Only stayed 1n stopover so did not leave hotel.

We had a brilliant time at Ventus Ha Marina. It's nice and spacious, with three hotels in the complex and access to all of them and their facilities, so there's plenty to explore. We were given a free upgrade to a big room with a bathtub, spotlessly clean with loads of bits provided. We don't have kids ourselves but you could easily see why it's a good spot for families. The staff and the hotel are excellent.

All inclusive is amazing, the swimming pools are so good. The food is fine, but the good restaurant is open at night.
