"This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, I had a great stay!! Staff were attentive and I can’t complain about anything. "

"This was our second time staying at the Clermont Victoria. It's a great, central location, easy to get anywhere in the city as three train lines are connected to the hotel. We love the historic feel of the hotel and the wonderful breakfast. Last time we stayed (two years ago) the rooms also included a fully stacked mini bar with soft drinks, beer, wine, and yummy snacks. This time it was scaled way, way back to just two bottles of water and one bag of chips and one bag of popcorn and some old, hard candy that didn't look so good. We missed the mini bar for sure at the end of a long day of touring. Totally understand not including free wine and beer but the soft drinks, juices and better snacks were a really nice touch that we missed :( . That said, we really recommend the hotel if you are looking for a nice home base and plan on touring all over the city. "
"We had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza Riverbank. Our room was incredible, with the best view in London (so named by our kids). The beds and pillows were so comfy and the toiletries were ESPA, which are gorgeous. The breakfast was plentiful.and tasty. And it was easy to book the pool, which was controlled and not too busy at any one time. "
