"Good room for the center of London, but a lot smaller than I expected. You had to walk sideways between the end of the bed and the wall, which had the tv mounted to it, which meant you either kept bumping into the tv or had to duck, using the bed to prevent falling over. No shaver socket to run US equipment from. Sadly, my partner put her curling iron (tongs) into an adaptor and now it’s toast. "

"Late booking and check in at midnight due to major delays on Eurostar meant an overnight stay in London. Stayed here before and near tube station so convenient. We got an upgrade to a suite and complimentary breakfast which was much appreciated after an awful journey. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. "

"It was a basic compact room, which had all the requirements for a brief overnight stay. The shower was a little restricted for my size, and the bed was also small-ish, but as our occupancy was about 12 hours, it was fine. The location was very convenient for Paddington station, which was perfect."

"Whilst the rooms are compact, the bed was very comfortable! No iron but they have a hairdryer and a small fridge. Blinds, lighting, TV etc are all controlled by the iPad/app which worked most of the time. The air conditioning/heating is centrally managed so we were very hot in our room (even though it was approx 20 degrees Celsius outside) as the AC was not turned on. Not sure what the room would be like on warmer days - I’d hate to have no AC on a 30 degree day!! We stayed in a room with a view...

"The rooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Beds were comfortable, including the rollaway bed that was needed. Unfortunately, the initial impression of the hotel was not good. There was no elevator to get to first floor reception and location was not made clear to me. Had to take the service elevator up. "Lovely little stay, room is on the small side, but the facilities are lovely roof top pool and lovely gym this place is great for a little over night stay."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we’ll definitely stay again. This time we were with our grandchildren. The staff were welcoming and the room was spacious. Things were a little tired and the loo seat was broken and the tv didn’t work (possibly user error) but the room was very clean.
