"I felt the room and facilities did not match the price tag however the location is great. The staff in the spa area which was under construction and we were not aware of were not very helpful or courteous all of the other staff throughout the hotel that we encountered were lovely. "

"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."
