"Great place and location. Everything is new, loved being able to sit on the roof terrace in the evening. My only complaint was about the check-in procedure, even though I’d booked and paid online ages ago I needed to produce phone ID in the form of a passport or driving licence. Never heard of this in my own country! , didn’t have either on me but had 2 debit cards in my name on me , that was refused. Thankfully I remembered that I had a railcard on my phone, that was acceptable . We found the whole process of check-in stressful as we didn’t know if we were going to be allowed to stay."

"Everything was very good except the TV was somewhat antiquated with slow internet. Great service with friendly and attentive staff, rooftop bar and restaurant was excellent. "

"Stayed after a concert at the O2 and found this a good location. We drove and used the hotel parking facility for £30 which was easy to do. Uber to the O2 cost £12 there and black cab cost £30 coming home late. The hotel was very modern and clean, nice decor, felt very quiet inside, almost as if it was new and not many people knew about it yet. Bed was huge and very comfortable but the pillows were not for me and I didn't sleep well because of that. Two things I'd pick up on for the room - it was confusing working out how to get the lights on at first as I was looking for a card slot, but there wasn't one - turned out there was a master switch that had to be on for everything else to work. Second thing was that it was difficult to turn the shower off without turning the bath tap on. Otherwise everything was good and the buffet breakfast was very nice with a great selection to choose from, hot and cold. Would stay again (but ask for a different pillow)."

"Good views, pool and spa amenities. Standard rooms are small don't be surprised but be wary which room you get, it can get hot and loud with local transport. Overall good place to stay "

"Second time staying at the Cove Landmark Pinacle. Recommended for longer London stays. The in-room washer dryer is particularly helpful. The sofa bed in the living room in our unit was handy for our family. Lots of shopping and dining options both near the property and at Canary Wharf. Easy to get to central London and the O2 and Stratford via the Jubilee Line; Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line; and the Docklands and the City on the DLR. Area is fast-changing but glimpses of the old Docklands are still there. Highly recommend the Docklands Museum (free entry, donations accepted) for a sense of the history of the area. "

"Such a lovely property with very Friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy and comfortable, only downside was no phone signal in the room so could only do WiFi calls when needed."

"Property was quiet, spacious and very clean. Just a few very minor items…some doors wouldn’t remain closed or open without the use of a door stop. If you plan to do laundry, be prepared to only launder 1 small load a day. Only a 7-10 minute walk to the tube station and mall. "
