"Staff were super helpful, bathroom sink was small"

"Beautiful hotel, fabulous location and lovely staff. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice and clean as all of us have dust allergies so I am always extremely particular on the cleanliness of a property and this did not disapoint. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were soft. They gave us a balcony room as requested after I made my booking, so we were extremely pleased with that. "Very centrally located. Close to major shopping and attractions. Quick and easy to get to, off train from airport. Clean, safe, convenient!!"

"Great place to stay, will continue to use as I stay in London for the next few months"

"The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them."

"NEVER book this place! I messaged them about early checkin, they said it won’t be possible and it was fine with us. We arrived somewhere close outside the property (no clear directions on where it is). Waited an hour with my kids in a restaurant and they finally messaged that they had a glitch in their system and that the apartment is not available. I had to book another hotel last minute. Never book this property. They are not reliable. Awful experience with these people"
