El hotel está un poco deteriorado pero el personal se encarga que no veas nada malo todos todos son extremadamente atentos desde la recepción fue extraordinario y en el bufet súper atentos el personal me impresionó mucho con el cariño y la atención que te atendían todo súper limpio y la piscina hermosa me encantó solo pocos lugar se veían un poco deteriorados pero por todo lo demás la verdad excelente para mi los días no me alcanzaron.

Nice staff, buffet food is ok , hard to get ala cart reservations for the on site restaurants , must be in the lobby early to get one. Nice beach , need more shows

We stayed in August 2024 for my birthday. This was our 5th or 6th trip and unfortunately we will probably not return. Resort has stopped focusing on couples and has starting promoting large groups to book rooms. The resort isn't set up for this. Dining is delayed, staff is stressed (not enough of them to serve large groups plus other guests), more buffets than before, loud groups partying until late into the night/morning takes away from the chill, relaxing, quiet vibe the resort used to have. Staff and taxi drivers indicate the new manager (might not still be there 1.5 years later, maybe so) was running the resort into the ground for personal profit. We came here for our honeymoon in 2016 and loved it and went back several times. The last trip was so bad and noisy we were ready to leave early since the other people in our building thought nothing of blaring their music and talking on the phone until 3 and 4am in the common areas between rooms. The way the buildings are set up in this resort you walk into a common area and all the rooms in the building come off the common area. The problem is the rooms are very insulated between the rooms but not around the doors. Also because of the large open ceilings, stuff in the common areas echo. As the group was very large (probably 30 plus adults), our concerns were pretty much dismissed since they had rented out about 1/3 of the resort. The wait staff and kitchen staff and bar staff did the best they could.

This is our favorite place. Its not a party place. Its is not a place to be entertained. Its not a place to hang out with people, unless you want to. This is my quiet place. I can be with my partner and enjoy each other's company. Its our finding the zin. Loved our cenote room. Loved seeing all the wildlife. Loved eating at a leisurely pace with great food. The staff are fantastic. We did a ceviche and sushi class. Loved them both. We will be back again.
