The only criticism I would have is the lighting. The rooms use pin spots that don’t disperse light and leave the other area’s dark. Similar in the restaurant for breakfast. What didn’t help is our room didn’t have any natural light. All in all, great location, and a great place to stay

I received a complementary bottle of wine. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The pool and spa were very clean and relaxing. This hotel is very central to public transportation and a walking distance to the London eye. I loved it and will stay here again.

Very good for the price. Booked a double room with private bathroom. Both room and bathroom were small but served the purpose very well. No towels provided , £5 to rent a towel, so take your towels with you. No lift , you have to walk up n down stairs, if carrying heavy luggage this can be a problem. Room was clean, toilet paper provided. Overall the place was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Check out is early compared to other places but late check out its an extra £5 per hour for max 2hrs. After that you have to pay for a full day. I paid £85 for a double room for 2 nights with 2 extra hours. Compared to Premier Inn £500 for 2nights.
Overall im happy . I would definitely stay again.
