Would thoroughly recommend this hotel ideally situated for sightseeing with a lot of landmarks in walking distance.
Room clean and quiet with air conditioning which was welcome in the present heatwave.
Staff very friendly and helpful and a shout out for Alex who booked us in!

The bathroom was awfull, The floor was dirty, we found hair in the shower, there was no hook for the towel. The room was to dark to see the control of the air conditioning, I use the lamp on my cell to see the control and it was the same for the thumbnail drive. The electrician for our problem with the wheelchair was helping a lot. I do not know who design this accessible room but it was not ok.

Front desk and check-in experience was poor. Staff made an error and didn’t honour an early check-in promise. Very poor customer service an offered me a very expensive upgrade instead. Bell staff, maids, and restaurant staff were excellent

If I were to go back to London to stay, I would choose this hotel again. It was well-maintained and the location is phenomenal. So easy to travel to different locations in London right from this hotel location.
There was a staff member there, he was tall, his name was Chris, I believe. He was such a help personally to me. I appreciated the attitude of the employees there during our stay.
