Great location and view! Hotel was clean and modern but very overpriced. We wouldn’t return

Hotel was wonderful, would definitely stay again! The location, amenities, staff and food was top notch. Really didn't want to leave. On our last night our air conditioning stopped working (to no fault of their own), and a small reimbursement would have been greatly appreciated, but that can't be expected of course!

Overall, mixed experience - building was fine, check in efficient, pool area nice. Arrived to the room and it was a nice room with great air con. After a while we noticed that the over-bath shower wasn’t working-couldn’t switch water from taps to shower head. Went to reception, who sent someone along to take a look. A maintenance worker did come and fix that issue. Tried (again) to use the shower to find the water had mostly been switched but was weak, and that the movable attachment for the shower head would no longer stay up, leaving the shower head waist-height. That may have just been workable, but the shower head also only faced the wall, as when the shower head was replaced it no longer fit the attachment. We had somewhere to be that evening so asked reception on the way out if they could take a look again. We didn’t expect it to be that night but we were abruptly informed all workers were home so not possible. We were told it would be looked at the next day. After our evening out we realised there wasn't a TV remote in-room. We called reception, who said they had one spare but we’d have to collect. After collecting, we’d been given a different brand remote which didn’t work with the TV. As we were then out at a wedding the following day, we didn’t manage to use the TV (the next morning reception did provide a remote which worked). Following our day out, we got back and no one had fixed the shower, and no housekeeping had been either, which was very disappointing.

The hotel was perfect, our room clean and kept nice over our stay. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice. All very tasty and fresh, so very pleasing to the eye and the stomach. The staff to include;Ty, Thomas, Amy, kwan and bartenders. And the breakfast greeters. My massage that I had with Amilie was out of this world so I booked another one, she was so pleasant and excellent at her job, the best ever. I worked for Marriott hotels for 25 years, I know good service when I see it. Thank you to all the staff and mgmt for making our stay fabulous. Steve & Lauri

The room was ok. Very dated The bed was not comfortable at all sadly as expected and we didn’t get a good sleep There is a service charge put onto every purchase sadly which is a bit much considering the prices already The shower pressure was non existent aswell so all in all I’d rate it a 6/10. The best feature is the swimming pool which was superb
