Good breakfast. By the beach and very central. Nice pool. A bit rundown, needs refurbishment and cleaning needs some improvement too.

Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff.

The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location for exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help and as a family of 4 our room was very spacious with a great view of the marina. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment it was very clean with all the essentials we needed,the air conditioning was really amazing as it was so hot in Barcelona when we visited. Very comfortable beds and I liked the concept of having 2 separate bathrooms both had a showers. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The on site restaurant is awful. Much better hotels in the area.

The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good.
