(1,275 reviews) During check-in I was advised that there was no balcony room available and that my reservation didn’t guarantee a balcony. And all they had available was a city view. When I asked about an ocean view I was told they have a partial ocean view that has a balcony but there will be an up-charge of $90 a night. I was also advised of the resort fees of $60 a night. I took the city view room and the view was amazing. Very happy with the room. However, we were not given any info at check-in regarding amenities so had to go on-line to see what my resort fee included. The person at check-in was nice to let us check in early but only focused on the extra fees they charge and didn’t provide any other information which would have been helpful and they seemed like they were trying to leave and I was holding them up. The room was very spacious and having two bathrooms was nice. Pool areas were well maintained and food and beverages were available there. The restaurant on site had a very limited menu. Concierge was great at getting us a taxi to the airport as they do not have a shuttle. Check out was very quick. Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences.
