Affordable and on the beach

Last of the affordable hotels ON the beach. Not the fanciest or best kept property, but if you just need a place to sleep between your days on the beach, this is a great choice.

Nice stay, kids friendly

Excellent room, amazing pool for the kids, great food at the restaurant, kids played tennis and basketball at nights, and the beach is right there. The hotel is 1960 so if you are looking for something new find somewhere else, we dont mind the good old days design.

We'll be back!

We head to Cocoa Beach twice a year. We enjoy the atmosphere and like to try different eateries. The Palms is a convenient hotel and reasonably priced. Nice pool, live music and good food.

Location its great, but the neglect of the management is terrible, the condition of the exterior and interior of the hotel show lack of maintenance, looks like a drug motel

I would stay again, but please fix broken things

This is an aging resort, broken parts of the kids water park, broken showers at the ocean beach access, wear and tear in the room. All in all it was great value and location. The kids love the water park.
