England Kid friendly Holidays

Location was great, being a short walk to the Eye of London and Big Ben. Breakfast buffet was really good, albeit a bit overpriced. Very clean and comfortable.

The room was great along with the gym in compassion to many London hotels. Some other facilities less so. The wifi in the room was almost unusable; not great when you’re staying for business. The TV’s also struggle to hold signal and constantly buffer. Due to booking via Hotels.com I was unable to add access to the business lounge on site.

Great location, the staff is very accommodating . Rooms are very spacious and great for travelling families. Would stay again!

Good

The room was quiet. Location is good for accesibilty to Waterloo Railway station and Northern underground line. line. Breakfast was very good and well organized. Hallways were quite warm and needed lowest setting on Air conditioning to keep room comfortable and this was at end of September. Can't imagine staying in June, July or August. Tried calling reception and customer service a few times from phone in the room but no one would ever answer. Had issue with room door card reader and was locked out of room in warm hallways waiting 45 minutes for maintenance. Front desk was not helpful in this instance and finally had to request to speak with the manager.
